We Train Fitness is a personal training studio for clients to train in a private or small group setting. Created by personal trainer Amy Hohman, the studio provides a place where Amy can effectively work with clients to provide individualized attention and results. A maximum of three individuals are able to train allowing a targeted, personalized, hands-on approach for participants. Through this practice, the workout is functional, challenging and safe for all ages; emphasizing proper form, technique and posture.
